Origin of the Company Name
The name embodies our aspiration to be a company that continually validates ideas and demonstrates value. It reflects our commitment to merging technology with human intelligence—and consistently earning trust through evidence-driven results.
It also represents our cultural values: encouraging every team member to embrace challenges, think independently, and create new value with a mindset focused on growth and innovation.
Our Journey (Corporate Story)
Since its founding, Provemind Inc. has operated under the principle of “fusing technology and humanity.” Although numerous IT solutions existed at the time, many were too complex or costly for small and medium-sized businesses. Recognizing this gap, we set out to create IT environments that SME teams could use intuitively, affordably, and securely.
Early on, we partnered with Inuvika in Toronto, Canada, and began delivering virtual desktop (VDI) solutions. At a time when VDI adoption among SMEs was uncommon, we believed every organization deserved a flexible, secure, and scalable working environment. Through continuous improvements and real-world implementation, we earned the trust of many companies seeking reliable remote-work infrastructure.
In 2021 and 2022, we received certifications from Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), including the “Business Continuity Strengthening Plan” and recognition as an official “SME Supporter.” These milestones reinforced our commitment to helping organizations strengthen resilience while accelerating digital transformation.
From 2023 onward, rapid shifts in the business landscape—AI advancement, automation, remote work, and diverse workstyles—prompted us to launch the TAYURA brand. TAYURA Passport, Vault, and Muse were developed to meet real operational needs with practical, immediately useful cloud services.
We also expanded into new fields such as cryptocurrency staking pools and drone aerial photography. Although different in nature, these initiatives share a common philosophy: “making technology more accessible,” enabling clients to explore emerging technologies with confidence.
Today, Provemind continues to evolve as a trusted technology partner that empowers SMEs to grow freely. No matter how the business environment changes, we remain committed to walking alongside our clients—proving our values and principles through action.
